These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of happymoney.com (the "Website"), operated by HappyMoney, LLC ("HappyMoney," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms & Authorized Use
By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United States, and authorized to provide the information submitted. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information.
2. Description of Service
HappyMoney is a loan connecting service. We connect users with third-party US lenders who may evaluate consumer requests. HappyMoney is NOT a lender, broker, agent, or representative of any lender and does not make credit decisions or extend loans. Loan amounts vary between $500 and $5,000. Any loan offer comes directly from a participating lender, and all terms are set by that lender.
3. No Obligation & No Fee Policy
Submitting a request through HappyMoney does not obligate you to accept any offer. HappyMoney does not charge consumers any fee for submitting a request. Participating lenders may charge fees (such as origination fees) as disclosed in their loan agreement; review all lender terms before accepting.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers of Warranties
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HappyMoney does not guarantee that a lender will approve your request or that any particular terms will be offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyMoney is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or any lender relationship.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
