Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. For purposes of these laws, the transfer of personal information to participating lenders in our network for their independent evaluation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." You may submit an opt-out request using the form below.
2. Explanation of Data Transfer to Lender Network
HappyMoney is a loan connecting service. When you submit a loan request, we transfer the information you provide to participating US lenders in our network so they may evaluate your request. If you opt out, HappyMoney will not transfer your personal information to lenders for new requests. Opting out does not affect requests you have already submitted.
